Rights to cancel
We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase but in the event that you find the product unsuitable you can return the items with the flowing conditions.
Your statutory rights are as follows and full regulations and terms can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/
Under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel a contract within fourteen days – starting from the day after you take delivery of the goods (a “cooling off” period). You have the right to cancel for any reason without penalty. If you wish to cancel a contract, please write to us, fax us or e-mail clearly stating your full details, invoice number, and cancellation instructions. To cancel the contract, you must give us notice within fourteen days starting from the day after you take delivery of the order.
Once you have canceled the contract, you have a legal “duty of care” to take good care of the goods. You must return the goods to us at your expense to the address below – we would advise that you use a recorded-delivery service for small items and an insured courier service for larger items. Please mark all parcels clearly with your returns number.
Please be aware we can only accept canceled goods as long as they are still in the original new condition and have not been used. We do not offer a free return or collection service but may collect for a cost as long as the goods have suitable packaging for transportation.
Goods received back in a damaged condition will not be covered for a full refund but will be offered at a discounted rate dependant on damage received. This maybe up to 50% of the purchase invoice value.
