Delivery information

We deliver to 98% of UK postcodes next day free of charge 6 days a week and you can select your required day of arrival on checkout.  

We can only offer delivery to Mainland UK only.    

Please ensure you choose a date at checkout and supply us with a mobile number so we can contact you via text to give you more accurate delivery information and to ensure your order is handled effectively.

You will receive a text message the evening before delivery with an approximate time slot for your delivery the following day. You must be in for delivery or redelivery /return charges will be incurred of £42.50.  (Depending on item and postcode or otherwise advised on booking in with you) 

Deliveries may take place between 0700 and 2030 hrs.    We cannot offer delivery for am or pm at present. 

It is important to note that goods are insured for any delivery damage. On delivery the delivery company will unpack for you to check prior to signing. Please ensure you check the item for any physical damage before you sign for the goods and if you experience any problems please call us whilst the courier is still there or sign as damaged. Damage reported after signature will not be covered. 

  • Items must be checked on arrival. They will be unpacked for you.
  • Items can only be delivered up a maximum of 3 Flights of stairs excluding American Style Fridge Freezers and Range Cookers which can only be taken up a maximum of 2 steps.We can only deliver items as far as they will fit in their packaging. We do call customers before dispatch to make sure they are aware of this and to check measurements.
  • Our courier team will not unpack the items prior to bringing them into your property, or remove any doors from the item or property to get them in, but they will unpack once inside. This is to protect the appliance and also the customers property.   The gross dimensions of most appliances is supplied on the products page  We you need any help please just call us to discuss.
  •  Please note, small items sent are sent with ParcelForce and only be delivered Monday - Friday.

Additional Services.

Disposal of Old appliance can be chosen at checkout and costs £19.99 as well as installation for some appliances and Extended warranty option. 

Items for disposal must be de-installed and dry prior to collection.   

Postcode Exclusions/Additional Charges/Delivery Days

We want to offer our services to all customers in mainland UK, unfortunately some outer area Scottish Postcodes are charged a surcharge by our couriers. The following postcodes are : KW, IV, PH, AB, PA, DD, PH, FK, KY, where an extra £25.00 Delivery Surcharge is payable, This will be added at checkout.
