Please ensure that the product you are ordering is suitable for the purpose intended and that specification and dimensions are to your requirements.

We require a telephone number when an order is placed. This enables us to contact you when delivering an order or dealing with any queries that you may have.
Upon receipt of goods you are required to unpack and visually inspect all units to ensure that no damage has occurred in transit. Any items with visible damage must be signed for as damaged before the courier leaves. If you are unsure please contact us on 01420 483591 prior to signing. Goods notified as damaged after acceptance / signature will not be covered for refunds.
If you change your mind for any reason and you wish to return your purchase you must notify us with 7 days in writing by letter, fax or Email.

Unwanted items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which includes being in the original, unmarked and undamaged packaging. Items must not have been used or installed in any way. JWA electronics Ltd reserves the right to refuse a refund on any item not deemed to be resalable.
Please note that we do not offer a free returns service. Large appliances incur costs of £60 per item with exception of American Fridge Freezers and Range cookers which costs £95. We do not refund the return postage cost or the original delivery charge. We do not offer a free collection service. We do not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit back to us. If returning your purchase by mail we recommend that you get proof of postage.
You must include your customer order details with your package, as we cannot process a refund without these. Once received the items will be checked and a refund issued within 7 days. Items returned must arrive in perfect condition, including the packaging, so please ensure that they are packed well.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any item if the above conditions have not been met.
Returns for non faulty goods cannot be accepted once an item has been installed or used.
If there is a fault with your product within the applicable product guarantee period (normally 12 months from delivery) with your order we will normally offer a prompt repair service. This service can be either an Onsite warranty or a RTB (return to base) warranty. You will always have the option of an exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 28 days of delivery. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault.
Goods found not to be faulty will incur a restocking fee of 25% of the cost of the item at time of sale or a redelivery fee that will be levied to the customer.
We recommend that you call our engineering helpline on 0800 092 8829 to discuss your problem prior to sending goods back to us.
To qualify for a refund or exchange the product must be:
- In otherwise ‘as new’ condition
- Complete with all accessories and free gifts ordered with it
- If possible with the original box and all packaging.
This promise does not cover faults covered by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.
Your statutory rights are not affected by this notice.

Collections: Goods may be collected from our showrooms. You will need to bring with you a copy of your order confirmation and ID.
Kitchen Appliances: 3-7 Day Booked Delivery into Room of Choice consists of
Our Couriers will contact you directly within 24 hours of you receiving our shipping confirmation to book a delivery day; therefore it is imperative that you supply us with a contact phone number during checkout to avoid delays.
+ Disposal of Old Unit.
This is the same as the 3-7 Day delivery service as above but with the addition of the collection and disposal of your old appliance. You are required to ensure that the old unit is disconnected from Gas, Electric and Water prior to arrival. Fridges / Freezers do need to have been de-frosted and must be free of water and food. Our couriers can only collect goods on delivery, and are not able to accept any goods that are not in this condition to protect other new products already loaded onto the vehicle.
Contact Details:-All Orders must be accompanied by a contact Telephone Number so that we may contact you to book delivery. A mobile number is best so that our couriers are able to send you a timed text slot the day before your booked delivery date. If a telephone number is not provided this may result in a delay to your delivery.
Product Dimensions & Weights:-Please ensure that you have read the product dimensions and have checked that the unit you are ordering will fit into your property. This is especially relevant to American Fridge Freezers and Range Cookers. Please note the delivery team are unable to unpack items to fit it into your property to protect both your property and the appliance. They will unpack at your request and leave outside the property if required after your inspection/signature
Delivery Restrictions:- It is your responsibility to advise us of any steps, obstacles or restricted access to your property or in your property prior to delivery to ensure that delivery is possible and not a health and safety risk. If items need to be taken up flights of stairs, please advise us so we can confirm with our couriers prior to delivery. You are responsible for checking access for your delivery to take place. We would recommend that there is a clear path through your home and the floors are covered to prevent damage to any furniture or property etc.
Please note: We accept door step refusal ofgoods ordered in error or that will not fit due to delivery restrictions, however there is a return freight cost incurred to us from the couriers of £65 per unit which we have to charge to the customer. There is also a re-delivery charge of £19.99 if you are not present for your agreed booked delivery slot.
Inspection of goods:-Upon receipt of goods you are required to unpack and visually inspect all units to ensure that no damage has occurred in transit. Any items with visible damage must be notified to us prior to signing and before the courier leaves. Please contact us on 01420 483591 prior to signing. Goods notified as damaged after acceptance / signature will not be covered under warranty / return for damage. Signing for items unchecked deems the goods to have been delivered in good condition.
Kerb-Side Delivery Next Day if ordered before 12 Noon:-
This service provides delivery of your item to the nearest point of access to your home only. Delivered on the Next Working Day, Monday - Friday. These goods are strapped onto a pallet and delivered to the kerb side and are not bought into the property. Delivery takes place between 0800 -1800 hrs, Please note that an ETA for delivery can only be advised on the day of delivery.
Computer Parts/Cameras/ Televisions and Small Electronics (Including Hobbs, Toasters, and Vacuums): Goods will be dispatched on the next working day for delivery via courier on a 2 day service or as listed.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are happy with the condition of goods when signing for receipt. We cannot accept any claims for damaged items that have not been noted on the delivery consignment note.
Please retain all inner and outer packaging in case a return is required.
It is important to note that the product dimensions do not include protruding features such as controls and handles etc.
