Collections: Goods may be collected from our showrooms. You will need to bring with you a copy of your order confirmation and ID.

Delivery Options:-

Kitchen Appliances: 3-5 Day Booked Delivery into Room of Choice consists of:

 

·         Our Booking team will call you to book a suitable day for delivery (please supply your number)

·         Our Couriers will Text you the day before delivery with an estimated time slot

·         The goods will be delivered into the room of your choice

·         The goods will be unpacked and packaging taken away

 

We will contact you directly to book a delivery day; therefore it is imperative that you supply us with a contact phone number during checkout to avoid delays.  

Saturday and Sunday deliveries are available at NO extra charge to some postcodes.  Please contact us and we can advise if this service is available to your region.

+ Disposal of Old Unit.
This is the same as the 3-5 Day delivery service as above but with the addition of the collection and disposal of your old appliance. You are required to ensure that the old unit is disconnected from Gas, Electric and Water prior to arrival. Fridges / Freezers do need to have been de-frosted and must be free of water and food. Our couriers can only collect goods on delivery, and are not able to accept any goods that are not in this condition to protect other new products already loaded onto the vehicle.   

Contact Details:-All Orders must be accompanied by a contact Telephone Number so that we may contact you to book delivery. A mobile number is best so that our couriers are able to send you a timed text slot the day before your booked delivery date.  If a telephone number is not provided this may result in a delay to your delivery.

Product Dimensions & Weights:-Please ensure that you have read the product dimensions and have checked that the unit you are ordering will fit into your property. This is especially relevant to American Fridge Freezers and Range Cookers.  Please note the delivery team are unable to unpack items to fit it into your property to protect both your property and the appliance. They will unpack at your request and leave outside the property if required after your inspection/signature

Delivery Restrictions:- It is your responsibility to advise us of any steps, obstacles or restricted access to your property or in your property prior to delivery to ensure that delivery is possible and not a health and safety risk.  If items need to be taken up flights of stairs, please advise us so we can confirm with our couriers prior to delivery. You are responsible for checking access for your delivery to take place.  We would recommend that there is a clear path through your home and the floors are covered to prevent damage to any furniture or property etc.

Please note: that whilst we accept returns for goods ordered in error or that will not fit due to delivery restrictions, there is a return freight cost incurred to us from the delivery agents of £45 per unit which we have to charge to the customer.   There is also a redelivery charge of £19.99 if you are not present for your agreed booked delivery slot.

Inspection of goods:-Upon receipt of goods you are required to unpack and visually inspect all units to ensure that no damage has occurred in transit. Any items with visible damage must be notified to us prior to signing and before the courier leaves. Please contact us on 01420 483590 prior to signing.  For Sunday deliveries an alternative number will be advised.  Goods notified as damaged after acceptance / signature will not be covered under warranty / return for damage.  Signing for items unchecked deems the goods to have been delivered in good condition.

Kerb-Side Delivery Next Day if ordered before 12 Noon:-
This service provides delivery of your item to the nearest point of access to your home only. Delivered on the Next Working Day, Monday - Friday.  These goods are strapped onto a pallet and delivered to the kerb side.   Delivery takes place between 0800 -1800 hrs, Please note that an ETA for delivery can only be advised on the day of delivery.

Delivery to Scottish Postcodes:- For Scottish postcodes prefixed with with AB, DD, KW, PA, PH, IV there is an additional charge of £25 per item. Please select this delivery service at the checkout.

Due to warranty coverage we are unable to ship to Channel isles, Northern or Southern Ireland. Scottish Islands or the Isle of Wight

Computer Parts/Cameras/ Televisions and Small Electronics (Including Hobbs, Toasters, and Vacuums): Goods will be dispatched on the next working day for delivery via courier or as listed.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you are happy with the condition of goods when signing for receipt. We cannot accept any claims for damaged items that have not been noted on the delivery consignment note.

Please retain all inner and outer packaging in case a return is required.
