All products sold on Idealkit.co.uk are intended for domestic use only.
Please ensure that the product you are ordering is suitable for the purpose intended and that specification and dimensions are to your requirements.

We require a telephone number when an order is placed. This enables us to contact you when delivering an order or dealing with any queries that you may have.
Upon receipt of goods you are required to unpack and visually inspect all units inside and out to ensure that no damage has occurred in transit. Any damages must be notified to us whilst the Delivery team is still present on 01420 483590. Goods notified as damaged after acceptance / signature will not be covered. Goods signed for unchecked will deemed to be goods to be delivered in good order.
If you change your mind for any reason and you wish to return your purchase you must notify us with 7 days in writing by letter, fax or Email.

Unwanted items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which includes being in the original, unmarked and undamaged packaging. Items must not have been used or installed in any way. JWA electronics Ltd reserves the right to refuse a refund on any item not deemed to be resalable.
Please note that we do not offer a free returns service. We do not refund the return postage cost or the original delivery charge. We do not offer a free collection service. We do not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit back to us. If returning your purchase by mail we recommend that you get proof of postage.
You must include your customer order details with your package, as we cannot process a refund without these. Once received the items will be checked and a refund issued within 7 days. Items returned must arrive in perfect condition, including the packaging, so please ensure that they are packed well.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any item if the above conditions have not been met.
Returns for non faulty goods cannot be accepted once an item has been installed or used.
If there is a fault with your product within the applicable product guarantee period (normally 12 months from delivery) with your order we will normally offer a prompt repair service via the manufacturer. This service can be either an Onsite warranty or a RTB (return to base) warranty. You will always have the option of an exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 28 days of delivery. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault.
Goods found not to be faulty will incur a restocking fee of 25% of the cost of the item at time of sale or a redelivery fee that will be levied to the customer.
We recommend that you call our engineering helpline on 0844 854 9077 to discuss your problem prior to sending goods back to us.
To qualify for a refund or exchange the product must be:
- In otherwise ‘as new’ condition
- Complete with all accessories and free gifts ordered with it
- If possible with the original box and all packaging.
This promise does not cover faults covered by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.
Your statutory rights are not affected by this notice.
