What is recertified?
Recertified or refurbished is a term used for products that have been returned to the manufacturer under store or manufacturer’s return policies. These products are then tested and repaired / restored back to their original working condition.
A surprisingly large percentage of the goods that we receive are refused deliveries and unopened cancelled orders. All refurbished / recertified televisions sold on this site are 28 day store returns, meaning goods that were returned to the store within 28 days of purchase. Please also understand that although every care is taken during the refurbishment process goods may still show minor marks to the casing. Screens are unmarked. All Televisions are supplied boxed complete with all manuals, cables and ancillaries.
Are these Televisions wall mountable?
Yes, all of the Televisions sold on idealkit.co.uk are wall mountable and have industry standard VESA compliant mounting points. We advise that you wait until you have received your Television before purchasing a mount so that you can take appropriate measurements and ensure the correct fitting. At this time we do not stock Wall mounts.
Does this TV include a remote control?
Yes, all Televisions sold on Idealkit.co.uk include the following: Remote Control, Manual, AC Adapter, UK Power cable. Please note that TV’s are not supplied with RF Aerial cables, Scart leads or HDMI cables.
When will i receive my item?
We make every effort to ship all orders within 24 hours or receiving payment. All goods are shipped on an overnight delivery service via UPS. For instance:
A television purchased at 5PM on Monday will be shipped on Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday.
Please note that we do not ship items on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays, Orders placed on Friday will be shipped on the following Monday.
What is RTB warraty?
RTB = Return to Base warranty, If goods fail within the first 28 days, Returns will be arranged at our expense. Any failures after 28 days will need to be returned at the customers expense. Please contact us prior to return for an Returns reference number.
Keep your packaging for the first 28 days, we recommend that you retain all packaging. In the unlikely event of a return it is essential that the goods are packaged safely and securely for transit back to our premises. Any transit damage due to insufficiently packed items will be deemed as negligent and may invalidate your warranty.
