Units are Brand New and supplied in sealed packaging.

Brand New Graded
Units are Brand New and unused with full manufacturers warranty. Packaging however may have been opened to check units prior to delivery Packaging may also show signs of wear and tear. Please contact us on 0845 678 2892 if you would like further information.

Factory Recertified
Units are refurbished to an As New standard and supplied in a complete and fully working order. Items may show minor cosmetic marks none of which inhibit general use. Packaging may not be new and will show signs of wear and tear.

Please ensure that the product you are ordering is suitable for the purpose intended and that specification and dimensions are to your requirements.

We require a telephone number when an order is placed. This enables us to contact you when delivering an order or dealing with any queries that you may have.

Damage:
Upon receipt of goods you are required to unpack and visually inspect all units to ensure that no damage has occurred in transit. Any items with visible damage must be signed for as damaged before the courier leaves. If you are unsure please contact us on 01420 483590 prior to signing. Goods notified as damaged after acceptance / signature will not be covered for refunds.

Unwanted goods:
If you change your mind for any reason and you wish to return your purchase you must notify us with 7 days in writing by letter, fax or Email.

Unwanted items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which includes being in the original, unmarked and undamaged packaging. Items must not have been used or installed in any way. JWA electronics Ltd reserves the right to refuse a refund on any item not deemed to be resalable.

Please note that we do not offer a free returns service. We do not refund the return postage cost or the original delivery charge. We do not offer a free collection service. We do not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit back to us. If returning your purchase by mail we recommend that you get proof of postage.

You must include your customer order details with your package, as we cannot process a refund without these. Once received the items will be checked and a refund issued within 7 days. Items returned must arrive in perfect condition, including the packaging, so please ensure that they are packed well.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any item if the above conditions have not been met.

Returns for non faulty goods cannot be accepted once an item has been installed or used.

Faulty goods
If there is a fault with your product within the applicable product guarantee period (normally 12 months from delivery) with your order we will normally offer a prompt repair service. This service can be either an Onsite warranty or a RTB (return to base) warranty. You will always have the option of an exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 28 days of delivery. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault.

Goods found not to be faulty will incur a restocking fee of 25% of the cost of the item at time of sale or a redelivery fee that will be levied to the customer.

We recommend that you call our engineering helpline on 0844 854 9077 to discuss your problem prior to sending goods back to us.

To qualify for a refund or exchange the product must be:
- In otherwise ‘as new’ condition
- Complete with all accessories and free gifts ordered with it
- If possible with the original box and all packaging.
This promise does not cover faults covered by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.

Your statutory rights are not affected by this notice.

We offer the following services for delivery to UK Mainland only.

Goods may be collected from our showroom. You will need to bring with you a copy of your order confirmation and ID.

All Orders must be accompanied by a contact Telephone Number so that we may contact you to discuss delivery.

White Goods:
Delivery will be made by our courier services.

Upon receipt of goods you are required to unpack and visually inspect all units to ensure that no damage has occurred in transit. Any items with visible damage must be signed for as damaged before the courier leaves. If you are unsure please contact us on 0800 092 8829 prior to signing. Goods notified as damaged after acceptance / signature will not be covered for refunds.

Several options are available at checkout including:

  • Kerb-Side Delivery Next Day if ordered before 12 Noon
    This service provides delivery of your item to the nearest point of access to your home only. Delivered on the Next Working Day.

  • Kerb-Side 3 Day Delivery
    This service provides delivery of your item to the nearest point of access to your home only. Delivered within 3 Working Days. Our courier will contact you directly to book deliver day and time slot. Therefore it is imperative that you supply us with a contact phone number during checkout to avoid delays.

  • 2 Man Delivery into Room of Choice
    This is a 5 day delivery service where your items are delivered by a 2 man delivery team who will deliver the product into your room of choice and dispose of all packaging. Our courier will contact you directly to book deliver day and time slot. Therefore it is imperative that you supply us with a contact phone number during checkout to avoid delays.

  • 2 Man delivery into Room of Choice + Disposal of Old Unit.
    This is the same 2 man delivery service as above but we can collect and dispose of your old appliance. You are required to ensure that the old unit is disconnected from Gas, Electric and Water prior to arrival.

  • Scottish Highlands
    We can provide a next day and 3 day Kerb-Side only delivery service to Scottish address with AB, DD, KW, PA, PH, IV Postcodes.

Delivery will take place between 08:00 – 18:00 Monday – Friday.

You Must provide a Telephone number so that we may contact you to discuss delivery. Failure to do so may result in non-refundable delays.

Televisions and Electronics:
Goods will be despatched on the next working day for delivery on the following day via courier. 

Cameras are despatched via Royal Mail 2nd class (signed for) for delivery within  3 - 5 days

Please note that these prices apply to UK Mainland only.
Additional charges will be issued for Scottish highlands.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you are happy with the condition of goods when signing for receipt. We cannot accept any claims for damaged items that has not been noted on the delivery consignment note.
